Unfortunately due to ill health I have to sell 15 acres of fields situated in the rural hamlet of Penbryn, on the West coast of Wales in the county of Ceredigion.

We are within 15 minutes walk of Penbryn beach, voted one of the best beaches in Wales, managed by the National Trust and within 5 to 20 minutes drive of other amazing beaches - Tresaith, Llangrannog, Aberporth, Mwnt, Gwbert, Aberaeron, New Quay, Poppit Sands and many more.

Cardigan town, with shops, restaurants, art gallery, castle, trendy markets and cinema is only a 20 minute drive away.
